I booked my bus through busonlineticket.com, and to be fair, the seat itself was really comfortable. There was enough leg room, it wasn’t too hard, and I even managed to nap for a while. That part of the trip was good. Still, the overall experience left me feeling a little less trusting than before, like I’d be more careful next time before booking. Not terrible, just not as reassuring as I hoped.
